The starting pay range is $27,040 to $35,360 plus team performance
bonuses annually, based on
experience. Raises are based on performance, and follow a 360
evaluation at 90 days, and then one year intervals from hire date
thereafter. At the discretion of management, a 90 day
probationary period may be extended.
