Office Manager

Future Position

This position involves overseeing a team of support staff charged with: researching property data, tracking REO sales, maintaining REO properties, creating valuation reports, tracking showing agent activity so as to process both weekly and monthly reports for foreclosure properties. Daily activities include preparation, review and submission of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in both Word Doc and online forms with the Team Leader and Support Team members assigned to complete the tasks as required by our clients. 

We are looking for someone with competent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel,  Outlook, Multiform, ACT! and other software.

The position is full time.

 We provide a very accommodating work environment.  Because of the volume of closings that we handle, we demand a very high level quality of service (QOS) to our clients.

The starting pay range is $27,040 to $35,360 plus team performance bonuses annually, based on experience. Raises are based on performance, and follow a 360 evaluation at 90 days, and then one year intervals from hire date thereafter.  At the discretion of management, a 90 day probationary period may be extended.

High level of accuracy is required.

Day to day activities include securing signed documents, generating addendums, repeated follow-up buyer, title and mortgage status, tracking of city pre-sale inspections, ordering inspection dates, verifying property access, and obtaining copies of reports, scheduling: utility transfers, final water readings, walk-throughs, and setting closing dates.  Also, procurement of and verification of delivery of accurate closing documents and funds by the necessary parties. 

In addition, position will involve answering phones, sending and responding to emails, preparation and submission of weekly status reports as required by our clients.  

We are looking for someone with competent phone and call handling skills. Hands on experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, QuickBooks Pro, antivirus software, Paperport/Scansoft, and ACT!
