Since the team's inception, Mike knew early on, that he would need an assistant to handle the office side of the job and cover the phones while he was out practicing real estate.  So he started with one, then added another, and by 2000, he added three more, then two more on top of that.  Today, the Shannon Team is comprised of nine members, and is lead by real estate agent and foreclosure specialist, Mike Shannon.

The Shannon Team focus is to use the leading edge technology (redundant high-speed servers, a load balancing gigabit network, Core 2 Duo Pentium PC's, and we track everything on a ACT! 9.0 for REO database) and experienced professionals, to provide the highest level of service and complete transaction management.  Because of our performance and high level of  dedication to our clients, our annual sales volume has grown steadily. Since 1991, we have successfully sold and closed over 1300 real estate transaction sides. In 2004 alone, the team closed 317 transaction sides totaling over $18,000,000 in total sales volume.

Each of our sales staff has earned numerous real estate accreditation's and we are diligent in providing the highest client level service available.  Our goal is to combine state of the art technology with good old fashioned customer service to provide cutting edge real estate services to our clients.
