Broker Price Opinions

The Shannon Team offers to our clients, an accurate opinion of value on residential, multifamily, vacant land and commercial properties through our experienced REO Broker Network in Southeast Michigan. Because of our experience in marketing properties in the Greater Metro Detroit area, we have built a network of REO agents, hand-picked because of their reputation and proven track record to provide broker price opinions that are professional and accurate. We have scrutinized agents around Southeast Michigan and now have five working with us to bring you the most competent evaluation team available. It is important to the Shannon Team to find and utilize the best available REO agents for each county.

When you need it done, your schedule is our schedule. Whether you need your price opinion in seven days or 24 hours, we are able to accommodate your needs. You can be assured you will receive an email or fax copy in four working days. We are able to accommodate rush jobs as needed for an increased fee. Our offices are open from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST. We scour the MLS and Public Record to find the most recent "like-kind" comparable listings and sales in close proximity of the subject property.  We scrutinized the comps to assure the accuracy of the information so you can make the proper decision regarding the property.

REO Property Services & Maintenance

The Shannon Team provides the following REO Residential Property Services:

• Initial inspection of property (within 24 hours).

• Weekly Drive-by inspections to determine occupancy status and condition of the subject property.
• Securing and re-keying of properties.
• Board up and re-securing.
• Winterization/De-Winterization.
• Initial cut and clean up.
• Lawn Service.
• Leaf removal.
• Snow removal.
• Detailed Broker's Price Opinion with interior/exterior photos.
• Detailed and itemized repair bids from licensed and bonded contractors.
• Schedule and supervise any necessary repairs, cleanup and maintenance of the property.
• Activating and paying all utilities where sump pumps and repairs are needed.
• Appraisals.
• Submitting reimbursement documentation in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit an expert opinion marketing strategy.
